Symphony Therapeutics to Showcase the Lubricating Ocular Bandage™ at TechConnect 2024

Bedford, MA – Jun 4, 2024. Symphony Therapeutics, a subsidiary of Integral BioSystems, will showcase its innovative Lubricating Ocular Bandage™ at the 27th Annual TechConnect World Innovation Conference and Expo on June 17-18, 2024. This product, based on the patented NanoM Wafer™ platform technology, promises significant advancements in the treatment of dry eye by providing a biomimetic, tear-compatible solution that lubricates the ocular surface and prevents evaporation. Dr. Shikha Barman, Founder and CEO, will present these details, highlighting the wafer-thin, flexible bandage that dissolves into tear fluids to enhance lubrication and alleviate dry eye symptoms.

The NanoM Wafer technology, patented in multiple global jurisdictions, offers versatile therapeutic applications, including the sustained release of various small molecules, proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids. Symphony Therapeutics is actively developing an ophthalmic pipeline utilizing this technology and is open to licensing collaborations for additional applications in ophthalmology, urology, and intranasal routes. This presentation will take place at Booth #709 at the Gaylord National Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland, promising a revolutionary approach to ocular care and beyond.
